Online Donation Terms and Conditoions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online donation platform provided by Sakar Society for Differently Abled Persons ("Sakar Society") on its official website. By making a donation through the Sakar Society website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not proceed with the donation.

Major inclusions and terms

• Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
• Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
• Fees once paid which are non-refundable for any reason or any clause.

Donation Process

To make a donation, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to, your name, email address, contact number, and payment details.
You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Donation Eligibility

By making a donation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent to make a donation.

Donation Acceptance

Sakar Society reserves the right to accept or reject any donation without providing a reason. In case of rejection, the donated amount will be refunded to the donor.

Donation Use

Donations received will be used to support the activities and initiatives of Sakar Society for the benefit of differently-abled individuals.

Refund Policy

Once a donation is made, it is non-refundable. In exceptional cases, if a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 30 days of the request.

Currency

All donations are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

Security

Sakar Society takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information and the payment process. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

Privacy

By making a donation, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in Sakar Society's Privacy Policy.

Tax Exemption

Donations made to Sakar Society is eligible for tax benefits under applicable Indian laws(Donations Eligible Under Section 80G and 80GGA). Donors will receive a donation receipt for this purpose.

Updates to Terms

Sakar Society reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the website.
